You can find the Leads for the station by completing tasks and defeating enemies in the Eastern Solstice zone. The 2025 Content Pass is required to access the zone. This is where you can find all Leads:

You can get this Lead as a drop from every Boss(Source: Cass via Discord) inside the Calindvale Gardens Public Dungeon in Eastern Solstice.
2. Daedric Anvil Lead
This lead has a chance to drop from the World Boss in the Zyv-Elehk Ritual Site in Eastern Solstice.
3. Ossified Lantern Lead
The Lead can drop from the Sea and Sword Lodge Delve Boss in Eastern Solstice.
4. Worm Cult Wagon Bed Lead
This lead has a chance to drop from the Soulcaller’s Haunt World Boss in Eastern Solstice.
5. Writhing Wagon Wheel Lead
The Lead has a chance to drop from the Lair of the Black Worm Delve Boss in Eastern Solstice.

Once you find all leads, head to the appropriate zone(All Solstice) and excavate their fragments. When you excavate all five of them the Station will appear in your inventory.
