ESO A Cage That Sparkles Rumor
A Cage that Sparkles is a Rumor in ESO that belongs to the “Conspiracy” category and is one of the three available rumors inside the Nowhere Vault. Rumors are a special type of quests in The Elder Scrolls Online that offer no quest markers or HUD assistance.
Rumor Hint
Every Rumor offers a hint to point you in the right direction. The A Cage that Sparkles says:
“The Nowhere Vault conceals many secrets. Venture beyond the well-worn paths of the Lunar Path Wing and see what you uncover.“
How to Start A Cage that Sparkles Rumor
To start this Rumor, enter the Lunar Path Wing in the Nowhere Vault and complete the following steps:
- Collect Resonating Core
- Acquire Cantor’s Starsong
- Get Astralight Lumen
- Collect Timeward Seal
- Break the Seal
1. Collect Resonating Core
Navigate through the Moonlit Isles map inside the Lunar Path Wing! When you reach the last island, there are three Bridge Switches you can activate. Press them in the right order to activate three bridges on the island in front of you.
Once you get all three bridges activated, use the portal to entrance and head toward that little island. Break the Corrupted Shrine and collect the Resonating Core!
2. Acquire Cantor’s Starsong
With the Resonating Core acquired, enter the Twilight Maze room! Move around in stealth until you find a puppy called Little Soft Boots. Follow him around and he will guide you to a secret area. Enter the area, interact with the lion statue and collect the Cantor’s Starsong!
3. Get Astralight Lumen
You can now enter the Eclipsed Hall and find the next piece of the puzzle! Complete this room by protecting the Lanterns and opening the way to the exit but do not leave yet. Take the mallet you can find near the exit and ring the central Bell again.
This will turn some of the other Bells in the room blue. Interact with all blue Bells to acquire the Astralight Lumen!
4. Collect Timeward Seal
When you have the Astralight Lumen, enter the Arcanum Wing of the Nowhere Vault. Complete its challenges until you reach the Custodian’s Repository room. Once you enter the room, the Astralight Lumen will activate. Find the Astral Tear and interact with it to obtain a Timeward Seal.
5. Break the Seal
Enter the Sage’s Trove in the Nowhere Vault and interact with one of the three Seals to break it! This concludes the A Cage that Sparkles Rumor and rewards you with five Wondrous Nowhere Keys. Breaking all three Seals will also unlock the Ancient Direnni Quasigriff mount in your Collections.
