By unlocking this Deck you can add Saint Alessia as a Patron and use her Cards in your Tales of Tribute matches. The Saint Alessia Deck consists of five fragments you have to collect! You can get the fragments by performing specific activities in the West Weald zone! The fragments are:

This fragment has a chance to drop when you defeat Delve Bosses in the West Weald zone(Blue on Map).

This fragment has a chance to drop when you defeat Public Dungeon Bosses in the West Weald zone(Yellow on map)!
How to Get Seeker’s Alessia Deck Fragment in ESO
In order to collect this fragment you have to complete the “The Untraveled Road” Quest in the West Weald zone. This is the last Quest of the zone’s main story-line!
How to Get Shattered Alessia Deck Fragment in ESO
To obtain this fragment, you need to defeat Mirrormoor Incursions in the West Weald zone(purple on map). Mirrormoor Incursions is the World Event equivalent of the zone.
How to Get Slayer’s Alessia Patron Deck Fragment in ESO
This fragment has a chance to drop when you defeat Overworld Bosses in the West Weald zone(Red on Map).
