Andromeda Kepler is one of the named Companions you can hire with credits in the game. You can find her sitting in the Broken Spear bar in Cydonia! In order to unlock her as a Companion, you will have to hire her for 12,000 Credits. It is possible to negotiate the price and save some credits though. After you unlock her as a Companion, you can assign her to your Ship or one of your Outposts. You can also bring her along with you in your exploration trips.
