How to Unlock Azandar Al-Cybiades Companion in ESO
Azandar is one of the two available Companions you can unlock with the Necrom DLC, along with Sharp-as-Night. You can find Azandar outside Cipher’s Midden town in the Apocrypha zone! Travel to Cipher’s Midden to find him near one of the town’s entrances. To unlock him as a Companion you need to complete his introductory Quest “The Fateweaver Key“.
