May the Gold Leaf Guide You Rumor Investigation
To begin the investigation visit Northpoint on Northern Rivenspire! When there, talk to Marie Serielle Merchant and buy the Gold Leaf Brooch from her. Use the Brooch in your inventory to get the first clue.
1. Find Satakal’s Blossom
When you use the Brooch you will get a message asking you to collect an insignia from the Outlaw Refuge in Evermore as well as meet Nightshade by Northpoint’s walls. Since you are already in Northpoint search around until you find Satakal’s Blossom body. Take the map from her.
2. Visit Evermore Outlaw Refuge
Go to Evermore in Bangkorai and enter the Outlaw Refuge. Inside the Refuge find Dragon Tongue’s Message pinned on a wall. The message will ask you to retrieve your Gold Leaf Sword from Wayrest before heading to Hammerfell.
3. Collect Gold Leaf Sword
Travel to the Wayrest Docks in Stormhaven and find the Gold Leaf Sword. Collect it, then head to Bergama in Alik’r Desert zone.
4. Enter the Spy Post in Bergama
Go to Bergama in Alik’r Desert and approach the first building near the western entrance. Interact with the Gold Leaf Padlock and present both the Gold Leaf Brooch and Sword to open the door. Enter the building and fight Nightsade. After you defeat him read his orders nearby and take the signet ring.
5. Travel to Moira’s Hope
Return to Rivenspire and visit the Moira’s Hope settlement. Enter the Esmery House and approach the Gold Leaf Lockbox. Use the Gold Leaf signet ring on the lockbox and read the manifesto.
6. Conclude the investigation
After reading the manifesto you have two options. You can either place it in the vase nearby to alert the society that their plan is compromised or place your evidence about them inside the Lion Guard’s Drop Box in Bangkorai, in front of the Bangkorai Garrison. Either action completes this rumor and lets you get the available rewards.
