The note reveals that the secret ingredient is the meat of an unknown creature! To lure this creature out you will have to place guts (meat) at the cairn near Yanurah’s Respite in Bangkorai or north of Belkarth.
Head to one of the Cairns locations (Bangkorai Cairn shown on the map above), place meat at them and wait for a Mantikora to appear!
Defeat the Mantikora, take its meat and return to the starting location in Elden Root. Use the Chili Pot to complete the investigation and get a Secret Chili Ingredients Rumor Box as reward!
