To begin this Rumor, head to Daggerfall’s Southern Docks and speak to Tilli the Gossip. Complete her short introductory quest for the Rumors system and interact with the note nearby. This will begin the Berliel Heirloom rumor.

The Berliel Heirloom Investigation
By reading the note near Tilli you learn about a heist that took place at an Estate outside Camlorn. Additional information mentions Daggerfall’s Outlaws Refuge, as well as a drop box at the Bank of Daggerfall.
1. Search Daggerfall’s Outlaws Refuge
Head to Daggerfall’s Outlaws Refuge by using the Northern Docks entrance. When you enter the refuge, look for a new clue on the right side of the room, hidden in a wooden cart. This new sheet of paper mentions a safe hiding spot at Eagle’s Brook and a drop box at Crosswych.
2. Find the Heirloom at Eagle’s Brook
Head to the safe hiding spot at Eagle’s Brook and there you will find the Heirloom inside a Hollow Log.
3. Return the Heirloom
Take the Heirloom back to Daggerfall and place it in the drop box at the Bank of Daggerfall. This concludes The Berliel Heirloom Rumor and grants you a variety of rewards.
