Soulframe Siege Gameplay
Siege in Soulframe is a unique type of gameplay, that allows you to attack occupied forts. By completing objectives and defeating enemies inside a fort, you can earn valuable rewards and increase your infamy.
How Siege Works in Soulframe
At the moment this unique type of gameplay is available in these locations:
- Fort Kearnhold
- Fort Curlail
- Turret Jotar
- Mirifuir
The goal in a siege is to defeat the final Boss and light up the Ode Lantern. Burning the Lantern ends the Siege and rewards you with unique items. Additionally by burning the Lantern you also earn infamy with the Ode’n. How much infamy you get depends on a variety of factors:
- Earn Infamy by successfully burning the Ode Lantern at the end of the encounter
- Earn Infamy by eliminating the present Agari
- Lose Infamy with each death
- Lose Infamy for each remaining Sinecure left standing
- Lose Infamy for surrendering the Siege
You can add the Final Fight in every Siege to your Agari World Boss Farm Route to earn more rewards! Siege gameplay in all areas is similar but with a few important differences.

1. Fort Kearnhold Siege
In fort Kearnhold you must first defeat the Banneret located outside. They will drop a Castle Key that allows you to open the door to the interior. Inside the Castle there are several enemies and another tough Banneret. Defeat every enemy and the Banneret for another key. This key allows you to lower down a ladder and reach the upper area of the castle. There you will find Castellan Malrog, a melee fighter and the Ode Lantern. Defeat the Castellan and burn the Lantern to end the siege.

2. Fort Curlail Siege
In Fort Curlail you must again defeat first the Banneret located outside. However this time they will drop an item that allows you to fire the cannon nearby and destroy the door of the Castle.
You can now enter the interior and find Castellan Huthra. Unlike Malrog, Huthra is an archer that moves around the castle fast. When you defeat him, you will get a grappler item. Use it to the device nearby to ascend fast to the upper part of the Castle. Reach the Ode Lantern by using the Grappler item again from the opposite tower and burn it to end the siege.

3. Turret Jotar
Turret Jotar is a simple and straightforward Siege in Soulframe! Defeat every enemy in the exterior of the fort to force the Boss out. When the perimeter is clear, the inner gate will open and Houndmeister Solkan will come after you. Defeat him and his entourage, then proceed to the interior of the the fort.
Inside you will find a knight holding a torch. Defeat him, take the torch and reach the higher point of the Fort to burn the Lantern and end the siege.
4. Mirifuir Siege
Mirifuir is slightly different than the rest. To enter the Castle you will have to sneak in from an underground location. Find the entrance to the left side of the Castle and fight the enemies there. Collect the Synsylk Grappler and ascend. In the first area you will have to fight Conductor Benisun. He is a mage that fires shock projectiles. During the fight he will summon a shield around him that makes him invulnerable. To drop his shield, defeat enemies around that have a glow mark on them. Defeat the Conductor, collect his key and move on to the next area.
In this new area there is another Conductor you have to defeat, Conductor Hydor. He is firing Fire projectiles and uses the same shield trick. Drop his shield, defeat him, collect his key and ascend to the top of the Castle. There you will have to fight both Conductors again, along with Conductor Petra. This one is a healer and will restore the other two Conductors’ life in no time. Focus on killing him as fast as possible, then deal with the other two.
Once you defeat all three, grab a torch, light it up and set the lantern on fire to complete the Siege!
Siege Objectives in Soulframe
Sieges now offer specific objectives you have to complete! While you are fighting enemies inside forts, a random Objective will pop up. Focus on completing the objective fast for a chance to get a better final score.
If you complete the Objectives and avoid death, it will be easier to attain an S score at the end and get better rewards.

Siege Rewards in Soulframe
Rewards are granted when you Burn the Ode Lantern, not when you defeat the Final Boss. These rewards can be Dracs, Items, fragments and of course Infamy!
Infamy in Soulframe
Infamy is a mechanic that increases Ode’n hostility against your Envoy. When your infamy is high, Ode’n will appear to your location and hunt you down!
