Soulframe Crafting

Crafting is a valuable activity in Soulframe, that helps you create powerful Weapons, Armor, Pacts and other useful items! Crafting is essential to become stronger and be able to defeat harder enemies in the game.

How to Unlock Crafting

Before you can access crafting, you must first discover Tuvalkane! Tuvalkane is one of your ancestors in the Nightfold that serves as your Blacksmith in Soulframe. To unlock her, you will have to complete the “Steelsinger” Fable. Head to the location East of Curlail(as shown on the map), collect the Moonsteel Helm and deliver it to the Hearth nearby to complete the Fable.

How Crafting Works in Soulframe

When you unlock Tuvalkane, you can talk to her to begin crafting! She offers four options:

  • Fragments
  • Assembled
  • Refine
  • Reforge

Fragments is where you can see what types of fragments and how many you have collected. Fragments are required to craft 3 Star Weapons, Armor and other items. From this tab you can pick an item you wish to create and if you have all required items “Forge” it.

Assembled is where you can collect the items you have crafted.

Refine allows you to upgrade the Craftwork of a Weapon. 1Star and 2 Star Weapons drop fully built as loot in Soulframe. Each Weapon has its own Craftworks, Tempers and Origin. Tempers add extra abilities, effects to your weapons and make them stronger. The Craftwork of a Weapon as well as its Origin, determine how many Tempers and what type of Tempers they can have.

By refining a Weapon you increase its Craftwork, which adds more Tempers to it and makes it stronger. To refine a Weapon you need a special item, called Chordstone! Lower level Chordstones are simple to make but for higher quality Chordstones, you will need to acquire Lampyrites. You can get Lampyrites from a variety of sources including:

  • Complete Sieges
  • Clear The Organ
  • Complete Hark The Collector
  • While under the effects of The Cogah(World Boss Hard Mode)
  • Retrieved from chests around Midrath
  • Random Lampyrite bundles are also offered by Avakot’s Gots for Arcs. Rarer Lampyrites will cost more Arcs.

Finally, Reforge allows you to re-craft Weapons by adding a Joinery to them. Crafting is an important activity, that lets you make powerful Weapons and Items and helps you create Powerful Soulframe Builds!
