How to Get Gideon Aker as a Companion in Starfield
Gideon Aker is one of the named Companions you can hire with credits in the game. You can find Gideon sitting in The Viewport, in New Atlantis, next to the Spaceport! In order to unlock him as a Companion, you will have to hire him. His initial cost is 12,000 Credits but you can negotiate a better price. After you unlock him as a Companion, you can assign him to your Ship or one of your Outposts. You can also bring him along with you in your exploration trips.

Gideon is focusing on Ship weaponry and his two skills will assist you when fighting enemy vessels in space. His Skills are:
