Omari Hassan is one of the named Companions you can hire with credits in the game. You can find him sitting in The Hitching Post in Akila City! In order to unlock him as a Companion, you will have to hire him for 12,000 Credits. It is possible to negotiate the price and save some credits though. After you unlock him as a Companion, you can assign him to your Ship or one of your Outposts. You can also bring him along with you in your exploration trips.
