Dragonknight Hybrid PVE

Blaze is a Stamina Based Dragonknight Hybrid PVE Build, that is using both Stamina and Magicka skills. The goal of the build is to provide a fun, mixed gameplay that can complete almost every PVE content with success. Below you can find different setups depending on the type of content you wish to complete, the difficulty and the gear you wish to wear!

Dragonknight Hybrid PVE Build Setup

The Build offers different setups, depending on the difficulty of the content you wish to complete but also the gear you wish to wear! Below you can find setups for Trials Group DPS, a No Trial Gear Setup and a Beginner Setup(c160).

Trials Group DPS

This setup is for dedicated group gameplay, is using Trial gear and it aims to achieve the best damage possible. You can also use Berserking Warrior, Kinras’s Wrath or (Perfected)Coral Riptide as alternative sets.

Beginner Setup

Molten Whip(Lava Whip): Powerful Passive.

Flames of Oblivion(Inferno): A nice support offensive skill that attacks nearby enemies.
Flawless Dawnbreaker(Dawnbreaker): Our secondary Ultimate. It buffs our weapon damage and deals great direct and DOT damage.
Shadow Silk(Trapping Webs): Deals damage and provides synergies.
Unstable Wall of Elements(Wall of Elements): Strong AOE skill.
Barbed Trap(Trap Beast): Very good DOT damage and a boost to our Critical Damage.
Hardened Armor(Spiked Armor): Defensive ability.
Resolving Vigor(Vigor): Healing ability.

What Race is best for Dragonknight Hybrid PVE Build

Dark Elf – Orc – Khajiit is the best Race for a DPS focused Build. Any Race with Stamina bonuses can work well though. You can find more about the playable races in my ESO Race Guide!

Vampire or Werewolf

Neither is necessary.

Rotation for Dragonknight Hybrid PVE Build

Drink a potion, activate Flames of Oblivion, set your Barbed Trap, attack with Shadow Silk, Unstable Wall of Elements, switch bars. Continue with Noxious Breath, Flames of Oblivion, Venomous Claw, Deadly Cloak, Molten Whip as your spammable until you have to re cast Unstable Wall of Elements. Switch bars, Shadow Silk, Unstable Wall of Elements, Barbed Trap, switch again and continue. Keep attacking with Molten Whip and re cast the other abilities when necessary.

Boost your defense with Hardened Ward and Heal with Resolving Vigor if you need to. Use your Ultimates when ready and always Light Attack before every skill/action!
