You can buy boxes of the Set from the Bruma Vendor in Cyrodiil zone! Alternatively you can get these boxes as reward from completing various tasks around the zone. Tasks such as completing delves or dolmens in Cyrodiil. Cyrodiil is the PVP enabled zone of ESO, so in order to survive and be able to complete tasks in there, you will need a potent PVP Build! This is a great Armor Set for Templars and Arcanists in The Elder Scrolls Online.
