ESO Night Market
The Night Market is a Group Event Zone in ESO! A limited time, PVE based Event that takes place in Fargrave, releases on April 29th 2026 with Update 50 and is aimed toward experienced Players and Groups. The Night Market is added to ESO with Seasons in 2026!
How to Participate
To participate in the Night Market, travel to Fargrave and find the Curator! Accept his quest, enter the portal and talk to the Night Market Factions Patrons. There are three Factions inside the Night Market:
- The Glittering Goad
- The Ruckus
- The Thousand Eyes
Pick the one you prefer to start your Night market journey. Your selection is account-wide and you cannot change it until the Event is over. You can however pick another Faction the next time the Event returns.
The Patron of your Faction will give you a series of intro quests to complete. The quests will take you to the three areas of the Night market, The Parch, Skittering Precinct and Sorrow’s Friend. Complete the required tasks and return to the Patron. He will now offer repeatable quests to complete.
Night Market Activities in ESO
Inside the three areas there is a variety of activities you can complete. These include:
- Defeat Bosses and challenging Monsters.
- Daring Races: Traverse the terrain as fast as possible.
- Oddities: Puzzles.
- Skirmishes: New public style events with goals to accomplish when they’re available.
Bosses inside the Night Market are divided in five different categories based on their difficulty level:
- Faceted
- Argent
- Gilded
- Calamitous
- Opulent
Faceted is the easiest Boss difficulty level you can encounter in the zone. Argent Bosses can also be found around the three areas. Gilded Bosses are locked inside Dungeon-like instances in the areas. To unlock them, you need to defeat the Argent Bosses of each district first. Once you defeat all three Gilded Bosses, you can unlock a Trial-like Opulent Boss. Finally Calamitous are hard Bosses, that roam around the three districts of the Night market.
In the three areas you can find and complete several repeatable quests. Additionally, you can get more repeatable quests from Dorfifar!
Night Market Rewards
Each Faction grants access to a special merchant, that allows you to buy unique items. To interact with a merchant, you must belong to his faction. Completing tasks in the Night Market earns you favor with your chosen Faction. Favor is required to unlock items from the merchants and buy them. There are various items you can get from these Merchants:
- Furnishings
- Style Pages
- Curated Monster Set Coffers
- Relic Fragments to upgrade the Night’s Den House
By defeating enemies in the Night Market, you can collect several items as well, from materials to Armor Sets and even Leads for the Shattered Paths Signet Mythic Item! When you choose a faction, you also gain access to the Night’s Den House!
