ESO Skill Styles
Skill Styles in ESO are Color variations of popular abilities from various Skill lines that allow you to alter the visual appearance of your favorite skills! Skill Styles is a new type of collectible that gives you the opportunity to change the visual appearance of various skills from Weapon, Guild and World Skill Lines! These new collectibles are available with the Gold Road Chapter and grant you more freedom when customizing your character along with the Scribing System!
What Are Skill Styles in ESO?
Skill Styles are unique collectibles you can unlock in ESO, that allow you to alter the visual appearance of your favorite skills. They are basically Color variations of popular abilities from specific skill lines. Skill styles are available for the following lines:
- Weapon Skill Lines
- Guild Skill Lines
- World Skill Lines
More styles for additional lines and skills will come after the Gold Road Chapter. Skill Styles introduce a type of Skill Transmog System to ESO!
How to Unlock Skill Styling in ESO
To unlock this new collectible you need access to the Gold Road Chapter! Skill Styles are available to get as reward from completing various activities and achievements in ESO! Some of the ways you can earn Skill Styles in ESO include:
- Completing Scribing Quests
- Completing Daily Quests
- Discovering Skyshards and completing related Achievements
- Clearing World Events, like Mirrormoor Incursions
Skill styling rewards are available as an in-game rewards, that you can unlock by playing the game. This might change in the future or new types of Skill Styles might be introduced as a Crown Store alternative.
How Skill Styling Works in ESO
By unlocking a specific Skill Style, you can now apply it to your favorite skill. Skill Styles work like other collectibles in the game, that once you unlock them are always available. It is very easy to apply a new Skill Style and change the visual appearance of your favorite applicable skills, from your skills tab. As long as you have unlocked a Skill Style, click on the square next to the skill and apply the new effect.
When was Skill Styles Release
Skill Styling released to ESO with the Gold Road Chapter! The Chapter launched on June 3rd for PC/Mac and June 18th for Xbox and Playstation Consoles! Along with the Gold Road Chapter and Skill Styles, Scribing and the West Weald zone with its Skingrad Capital also became available!
