Thunder Caller is a potent Dungeon Set in ESO, that deals Shock AOE Damage when you deal damage with a fully charged Heavy Attack. A Light Armor Set that you can use with Shock Damage based Builds in The Elder Scrolls Online. Its pieces come in the Silver Rose style.
Set Bonuses
Thunder Caller is a great Shock DPS Set in ESO. These are the Bonuses you get when you wear enough of its pieces:
- 2 items: Adds 1487 Offensive Penetration
- 3 items: Adds 129 Weapon and Spell Damage
- 4 items: Adds 129 Weapon and Spell Damage
- 5 items: Dealing damage with a fully-charged Heavy Attack calls a bolt of lightning at your target, dealing 467 Shock Damage and leaving a 4 meter lightning crater at their location for 7 seconds, dealing 467 Shock Damage per second to enemies inside. This effect can occur once every 12 seconds and scales off of the higher of your Weapon or Spell Damage.

The Set drops inside the Red Petal Bastion Dungeon, in Normal and Veteran Difficulty! To gain access to the Dungeon you must own the Waking Flame DLC.
