Doomrot Grove Dungeon Guide

Welcome to my Doomrot Grove Dungeon Guide for Throne and Liberty! This guide will show you how to defeat the Dungeon’s Bosses and complete it successfully.

What is Doomrot Grove in Throne and Liberty?

Doomrot Grove is a Level 55 Dungeon, that offers great rewards to players. A unique Dungeon with interesting encounters and a strong final Boss fight in Throne and Liberty. To access it you need a minimum Combat Power of 3500.

Doomrot Grove Dungeon Bosses

There are three Bosses inside the Dungeon. Norn Bercant is the final Boss of the Dungeon and offers a quite challenging fight because of her mechanics. Before you can fight her though, you will have to defeat the Thorny Vine Gatekeeper and Thorny Vine Witch Bosses.

How to Defeat Thorny Vine Gatekeeper Boss

When you start the Dungeon jump from the bridge to the opening below and make your way through the narrow underground corridors. While moving inside the corridors, make sure to avoid the traps firing thorns at you and your team members. These are deadly if they hit you. There are also poison traps on the ground and gaps with liquid poison along the way, so make sure to jump over those. The Thorny Vine Gatekeeper is an easy boss and these are his main moves:

• Normal attacks to whoever has aggro.
• Fury AOE attack that you can block.
• Wrath Attack against the player with aggro(Cannot Block this one, only dodge).
• Shock Wave. The Boss will absorb power and jump at a player. When he lands, the power will burst out of him. When you see the power absorbing animation get ready and jump right before his leap forward to avoid damage.

How to Defeat Thorny Vine Witch Boss

When you defeat the Thorny Vine Gatekeeper keep moving inside the area until you reach the Thorny Vine Witch. These are her main attacks:

• Normal attacks to whoever has aggro.
• Fury Attack(you can Block this one) against whoever has aggro.
• Fury AOE Attack that applies Poison unless you Block it.

How to Defeat Norn Bercant Doomrot Grove Dungeon Boss in Throne and Liberty

Norn Bercant is the final Boss of the Dungeon, that offers a challenging fight because of her interesting mechanics. She combines traps and mechanics from the entire dungeon. These are her main moves:

• Normal attacks against whoever has aggro.
• Wrath Attack that you can dodge(Block does not work against this attack).
• She will place a green seed above four players. After a few moments horizontal vine walls will emerge on the position of those players. She will then absorb thorns from the Arena exterior and fire them around the area. To avoid damage, two players with Seed on them stand close to her while the other two stand towards the end of the area, facing the Boss. When the Walls appear you will have a safe area between the walls where Thorns cannot reach you. Another strategy is to create a square around her with the walls and stand inside but this requires good co ordination and is easier to mess it up.
• If the Tank is not in melee range, she will fire Poison Projectiles at random players.
• Summons Poison Traps around the area. Move out of their AOE to avoid damage.
• Poison Wave that you cannot avoid. She will absorb Poison and fire it outwards. You cannot avoid this mechanic but you should be able to out heal its damage.
• She will launch players on air and summon vines that fire Thorns in the area. Morph to land without taking damage and avoid the Thorns.
• Shock Wave. She will absorb power and unleash it in a wave. Jump to avoid damage.
• Summons thorned flowers. When she is low on Health she will fill the area with Thorned flowers that deal massive damage when you touch them.
