What is Crypt of Augmentation in Throne and Liberty?

Crypt of Augmentation is a Level 55 Dungeon, that offers great rewards to players. A difficult Dungeon with unique mechanics and Bosses in Throne and Liberty. To access it you need a minimum Combat Power of 4000.

Crypt of Augmentation Dungeon Bosses

There are three Bosses inside this Dungeon:

• Barrier Guardian General
• Abandoned Test Subject 37
• Velentra

How to Defeat Barrier Guardian General Boss

This is a simple Boss that you need to defeat in order to proceed. He is standing on a frost platform that is surrounded by water. His main moves are:

• Simple attacks to whoever has aggro.
• Fury attack followed by a ground AOE. Block the fury attack and then jump to avoid the AOE. If you fail to jump in time, this attack will kick you back into the water.
• Front attack in a line that leaves an effect on the ground. This attack will push back whoever it hits.
• Fury whirlwind attack. Block to avoid damage.

How to Defeat Abandoned Test Subject 37 Boss

In the next area there are several Guardian Warrior enemies. These are divided in three elements, Fire, Water and Earth. On the ground you can see three circles, one of each element as well. Kill at least one Guardian of the right element inside the appropriate circle.

For example lure a Water Guardian into the Water circle and kill it. This will spawn a Heart and a turret in the middle of the room. The Turret will mark a player and fire a Beam at them. This player must stand in front or behind the heart, so the beam can destroy it. Repeat this in every elemental circle in order to summon the Boss. His main attacks include:

• Normal Attacks to whoever has aggro.
• Smashes the ground with both of his hands.
• A couple charging Wrath attacks. Picks a player and charges to their direction.
• AOE Damage attack around him.
• Pins down a player and after a moment jumps onto them, dealing massive damage.
• Spews Poison AOE toward a player.

How to Defeat Velentra Crypt of Augmentation Dungeon Boss in Throne and Liberty

Velentra is the final Boss of the Dungeon and is quite mechanics heavy. Her mechs are overwhelming at first but straightforward once you get used to them. These are her main attacks:

• Simple attacks to whoever has aggro.
• Fury attack in front of her to whoever has aggro.
• Tank has to keep aggro or she will start doing multiple Wrath AOE Attacks. When she performs a Wrath Attack, she also fires purple Orbs that deal damage and imprison the first player they touch. If a player is imprisoned you need to attack their prison and free them as fast as possible.
• Velentra will split the room in two auras, yellow and purple. Players in each area will get a matching color circle around them. Avoid entering the opposite color area while this mechanic is live or else you will get massive damage and die.
• While the above mech is live Velentra will throw a green Orb to the purple side first. A player must “catch” the orb while facing the yellow area, so it will bounce back there. Another player from the other side should do the same. This will create a tether between them. The two tethered players should stand with Velentra between them. Their tether debuffs the Boss and weakens her imminent AOE attack. Avoid the purple Orbs she fires while this is happening.
• One player will get a purple aura around them. All players should stack together. After the Aura fades two players will be petrified. When the petrification ends, these two players will be free to move while everyone else will be charmed and start moving toward Velentra. The two free players should approach the rest and guide them around the area, avoiding the Boss attacks.
