What is Skill Specialization in Throne and Liberty?
Skill Specialization is a unique gameplay system that allows you to customize your favorite skills. With this specialization system you can allocate special points to almost every skill in the game, in order to transform it into something entirely different. The System unlocks when you reach level 15 and grants you Specialization points. You gain points every time you level up, so by the time you reach level 50 you will have 100 points to your disposal. You can access the system from the Skill Specialization tab in your Skills page overview!

Every Weapon Skill in Throne and Liberty offers a variety of options that you can unlock with Specialization Points! Some offer two, other a lot more options you can pick from. It is possible to unlock every available specialization in a skill, as long as you have enough points and it makes sense! You can allocate your points everywhere you like, in skills from both equipped weapons and can remove them again whenever you feel like it! There is no cost in allocating, removing or resetting points for your skills! Which adds unprecedented freedom to Build creation!

What are the effects of the Skill Specialization System in Throne and Liberty?
Every skill offers unique effects that you can add to them, in order to make them more efficient or alter them entirely! Depending on your choices it is possible to create new synergies between your skills and become more efficient with them! For example the Strafing Longbow Skill can apply the Gale effect to enemies with its attacks. Zephyr’s Nock offers a specialization that deals more damage to enemies with the Gale status! So by combining those two abilities with their new customization, you can deal significantly more damage!

You can boost the damage of a skill, reduce its cooldown, even make it heal or restore resources! But you can also alter it and make it work in a different way! Inject Venom for example can change to not apply Poison to your attacks but add Thunderclouds instead! Like this your Inject Venom adds Lightning Damage to attacks and debuffs enemies, which makes it an excellent ability to use along with the Staff, if you wish to create a Shock Mage!

There are endless combinations of Specializations and skill synergies you can create with this amazing System in Throne and Liberty! You can now create the unique Build of your Dreams and enjoy the game more!
