Mad Tinkerer is an Overland Set in ESO, that summons a fabricant to charge enemies, deal shock damage and stun them! A Light Armor Set that works well with Shock DPS Builds!
Set Bonuses
These are the Bonuses you get when you wear enough of its pieces:
- 2 items: Adds 657 Critical Chance
- 3 items: Adds 657 Critical Chance
- 4 items: Adds 129 Weapon and Spell Damage
- 5 items: When you deal damage, you summon a Verminous Fabricant that charges forward, dealing 1504 Shock Damage to all enemies in its path, and knocking up to 6 into the air, stunning them for 2 seconds. This effect can occur once every 8 seconds and scales off the higher of your Weapon or Spell Damage.

This Overland Set drops in the Clockwork City zone(Clockwork City DLC)! You can get its pieces by completing specific tasks in the zone, like defeating Bosses, looting chests and more. Overland Sets pieces drop from the following sources:
- Delve Bosses have a chance to drop a waist or feet piece.
- Overland World Bosses will always drop a Head, Chest, Legs or Weapon Piece.
- Public Dungeon Bosses have a chance to drop a Shoulders, Hand or Weapon piece.
- Dolmen(World Events) Chests will always drop a Ring or Necklace.
- Treasure Chests and Psijic Portals have a chance to drop any piece.
