Wrath of Elements is a powerful Ability altering Set in ESO, that tethers you to enemies and deals massive damage to them! A Destruction Staff Arena Weapon Set.
Set Bonuses
These are the Bonuses you get when you equip this Set:
- 2 items(Perfected only): Adds 1190 Offensive Penetration
- 2 items: Casting Weakness to Elements on a target within 15 meters of you causes a surge of elemental energy to tether between you for 10 seconds. While the tether persists, enemies touching the tether take 331 Flame, Shock, or Frost Damage every 1 second, which increases by 1% each time it deals damage, up to 20%. This effect can occur once every 10 seconds, and scales off the higher of your Weapon or Spell Damage.
Where to Get Wrath of Elements Set
The Set drops from the Final Boss only, inside the Vateshran Hollows Arena in The Reach zone in two versions, Normal and Perfected. To get this Set you will need a good Solo Build! On the map below you can see the Arena’s Location in The Reach zone! To access the zone and the Arena the Markarth DLC is necessary.
