Kjalnar’s Nightmare Set ESO

Kjalnar’s Nightmare is a powerful DPS Monster Set in ESO that deals good Magic Damage or Stuns enemies when you Light Attack them! As a Monster Set, it is available in every weight and can complement every DPS Build in The Elder Scrolls Online. To maximize your efficiency with this Set, you need to practice your Light Attack Weaving!

Set Bonuses

Kjalnar’s Nightmare is a great Set for both Magicka Based and Stamina based Builds. These are the Bonuses you get when you wear enough of its pieces:

  • 1 items: Adds 129 Weapon and Spell Damage
  • 2 items: Damaging an enemy with a Light Attack puts a Bone stack on them for 5 seconds, up to once every 0.5 seconds. At 5 stacks, an undodgeable skeletal hand attacks your enemy after 1 second, knocking them into the air and stunning them for 3 seconds, or dealing 2221 Magic Damage if they cannot be stunned. Enemies then become immune to Kjalnar’s Nightmare stacks for 4 seconds.The Damage scales off the higher of your Weapon or Spell Damage.

Where to Get Kjalnar’s Nightmare Set

Monster Sets have only Head and Shoulders pieces that provide unique bonuses. The head is available as a drop from the final boss in Veteran Unhallowed Grave Dungeon. You can get the Shoulders from Urgarlag Chief-Bane with Undaunted Keys. You can wear both pieces to get the full set bonus or combine one piece with another piece from another Monster Set. To gain access to the Unhallowed Grave Dungeon and complete the Set, the Harrowstorm DLC is necessary.
