Overwhelming Surge Set ESO
Overwhelming Surge is a Dungeon Set in ESO, that deals Shock Damage and restores Magicka when you deal damage with Class abilities! A Light Armor Set that you can use with Builds that utilize a lot of Class skills in The Elder Scrolls Online, like the Sorcerer. Its pieces come in the Maormer style.
Set Bonuses
Overwhelming Surge is a decent DPS Set in ESO for Shock Damage based Builds. These are the Bonuses you get when you wear enough of its pieces:
- 2 items: Adds 1096 Maximum Magicka
- 3 items: Adds 129 Weapon and Spell Damage
- 4 items: Adds 129 Weapon and Spell Damage
- 5 items: When you deal damage with a Class ability, you surround yourself with a torrent that deals 149 Shock Damage to enemies within 8 meters of you every 1 second for 6 seconds. 15% of the damage you deal this way is restored to you as Magicka. This effect can occur every 7 seconds and scales off the higher of your Weapon or Spell Damage.

The Set drops inside the Tempest Island Dungeon, in Normal and Veteran Difficulty! The Dungeon is available with the base game, so no DLC is necessary to access it.
