Stamina Nightblade DPS Build

Brawler is a Stamina Nightblade DPS PVE Build in ESO, with strong single target attacks and different setups. The Nightblade is an assassin-like Class in The Elder Scrolls Online, that offers a powerful execute phase and can deal massive damage against single targets. The Build offers different setups, depending on the type of gear you wish to wear!

Stamina Nightblade DPS Build Setup

The Build offers different setups, depending on the difficulty of the content you wish to complete but also the gear you wish to wear! Below you can find setups for Trials Group DPS, a No Trial Gear Setup and a Beginner Setup(c160).

Trials Group DPS

This setup is for dedicated group gameplay, is using Trial gear and it aims to achieve the best damage possible. You can use Berserking WarriorCoral RiptideWhorl of the Depths or Pillar of Nirn as alternative sets.

  • Twisting Path(Path of Darkness): Strong Damage over Time ability.
  • Surprise Attack(Veiled Strike): Main offensive skill, spammable.
  • Killer’s Blade(Assassin’s Blade): Execute ability. Start using this skill only after the enemy’s health drops below 25%.
  • Relentless Focus(Grim Focus): Boosts damage and turns into a deadly offensive skill, Assassin’s Scourge after five light/heavy attacks.
  • Deadly Cloak(Blade Cloak): Good DPS skill. You can replace with Razor Caltrops(Caltrops) for Solo gameplay.
  • Flawless Dawnbreaker(Dawnbreaker): Placed here to boost Weapon Damage. No need to use it.
  • Stampede(Critical Charge): Powerful AOE damage skill.
  • Carve(Cleave): Great Bleed damage skill that applies a shield.
  • Barbed Trap(Trap Beast): Very good DOT damage and a boost to Critical Damage.
  • Siphoning Attacks(Siphoning Strikes): Powerful Sustain ability.
  • Dark Shade(Summon Shade): Summons a Shade that assists with Damage and debuffs enemies.
  • Incapacitating Strike(Death Stroke): Primary Ultimate, dealing great disease damage and causing the enemy to take more damage from attacks.

Bow Back-Bar

If you wish to play with Bow as your Back-Bar Weapon, just replace Stampede and Carve with Endless Hail(Volley) and Poison Injection(Poison Arrow).

What Race is best for Stamina Nightblade DPS Build

Dark Elf – Orc – Khajiit is the best race for a DPS focused Build. Any Race with Stamina bonuses can work well though. You can find more about the playable races in my ESO Race Guide!

Vampire or Werewolf

Neither is necessary

Rotation for Stamina Nightblade DPS Build

Drink a potion, set your Barbed Trap, summon Dark Shade, attack with Stampede, Carve x3. Switch bars and continue with Assassin’s Scourge(if ready), Twisting Path, Deadly Cloak or Razor Caltrops, Surprise Attack as your spammable. Keep attacking with Surprise Attack and re cast the other skills when necessary! When the enemy’s health drops below 25% start using Killer’s Blade. Use Assassin’s Scourge, Incapacitating Strike when ready and Siphoning Attacks if you need to restore Resources. Always Light Attack before every skill/action!
