Systres’ Scowl is a Support Set in ESO, that makes enemies to take extra Frost Damage from Light Attacks when you bash them! A frost Damage based Set that can work well with Frost Tank Builds in The Elder Scrolls Online!

These are the Bonuses you get when you wear enough of its pieces:
- 2 items: Adds 1100 Maximum Stamina
- 3 items: Adds 1206 Maximum Health
- 4 items: Adds 1491 Maximum Stamina
- 5 items: When you Bash an enemy, place Systres’ Scowl on them for 15 seconds. When hit by a Light Attack, a target with Systres’ Scowl takes 1973 Frost Damage,up to once every second.

This Overland Set drops in the High Isle zone! You can get its pieces by completing specific tasks in the zone, like defeating Bosses, looting chests and more. Overland Sets pieces drop from the following sources:
- Delve Bosses have a chance to drop a waist or feet piece.
- Overland World Bosses will always drop a Head, Chest, Legs or Weapon Piece.
- Public Dungeon Bosses have a chance to drop a Shoulders, Hand or Weapon piece.
- Dolmen(World Events) Chests will always drop a Ring or Necklace.
- Treasure Chests and Psijic Portals have a chance to drop any piece.
