Tarcyr Set ESO
Tarcyr is a Monster Set in ESO, that fears and debuffs enemies when they attack you and you are not affected by Battle Spirit! As a Monster Set it is available in every weight.
Set Bonuses
These are the Bonuses you get when you wear enough of its pieces:
- 1 items: Adds 1026 Maximum Health
- 2 items: While you don’t have Battle Spirit, taking direct damage causes your attacker to cower in Fear for 2 seconds. Enemies immune to Fear are afflicted with Major Cowardice for 4 seconds instead, reducing their Weapon and Spell Damage by 430. This effect can occur once every 0.5 seconds. An enemy can only gain Major Cowardice from this effect once every 11 seconds.
Where to Get Tarcyr Set
Monster Sets have only Head and Shoulders pieces that provide unique bonuses. The head is available as a drop from the final boss in Solo March of Sacrifices Dungeon. You can get the Shoulders from Urgarlag Chief-Bane with Undaunted Keys. You can wear both pieces to get the full set bonus or combine one piece with another piece from another Monster Set.
