ESO Magicka Templar Solo Build
Welcome to my Ultimate Magicka Templar Solo Build for ESO. The Build is utilizing the system of Subclassing, in order to maximize your effectiveness in Solo Gameplay. You can use it to defeat World Bosses, farm Public Dungeons, complete 4-man Dungeons in Normal or Veteran Difficulty and Solo Arenas like the Maelstrom Arena, Vateshran Hollows and Infinite Archive. Skills for Magicka Templar – Nightblade Setup
This Subclassing Build is using the following Skill Lines:
- Aedric Spear
- Dawn’s Wrath
- Siphoning
- Puncturing Sweep(Puncturing Strikes): Main offensive skill and spammable.
- Debilitate(Cripple): Strong DoT Skill.
- Radiant Oppression(Radiant Destruction): Execute ability. Start using it once the enemy’s health drops below 25%-30%.
- Blazing Spear(Spear Shards): AOE damage skill.
- Warding Contingency: Damage Shield+Class Mastery+Protection.
- Flawless Dawnbreaker(Dawnbreaker): Secondary Ultimate.
- Elemental Susceptibility(Weekness to Elements): Debuffs enemies and deals damage.
- Unstable Wall of Elements(Wall of Elements): Great AOE damage skill.
- Purifying Light(Backlash): DPS skill that also heals.
- Siphoning Attacks(Siphoning Strikes): Powerful Sustain ability.
- Resolving Vigor(Vigor): Emergency Heal.
- Solar Prison(Nova): Main Ultimate.
Rotation
Apply Elemental Susceptibility and attack with Unstable Wall of Elements and Purifying Light. Continue with Debilitate, Blazing Spear and Puncturing Sweep as your spammable. Keep attacking with Puncturing Sweep and re-cast the other skills when necessary. Cast Warding Contingency and trigger it with another skill to gain a Damage Shield and boost your defense. When the enemy’s Health drops below 25%-30% start executing with Radiant Oppression. Use Resolving Vigor to heal and Buff yourself but try not to spam it. Use your Ultimates when ready and always light Attack before skills to boost damage.

Champion Points for Magicka Templar Solo
Below you will find the best Champion Points setup for the Build. When allocating Champion points to Slottable and Passive Stars your primary goal is to create paths! Allocate the minimum required points to stars along your path in order to reach your desired Slottable Stars faster. Once you have unlocked all Stars, start allocating more Champion Points to them to fill them out. Focus on Slottable Stars first, then Passive Stars. Warfare

- Passive: Eldritch Insight, Piercing, Flawless Ritual, War Mage, Precision, Quick Recovery, Hardy, Elemental Aegis, Preparation, Blessed, Tireless Discipline

Clockwork Citrus Filet is the Best Food for the Build while Essence of Spell Power or Magicka are the best options as Potions.

Race
The Best Race for the Magicka Templar Solo Build in ESO is Nord or High Elf. Nord is great for a defensive setup since it provides a boost to Health, Armor and Ultimate Generation. High Elf is good for a more offensive approach with a boost to Damage and Max Magicka. Dark Elf, Khajiit and Breton are nice alternative Races you can use for a Solo focused Build. Any Race with Magicka bonuses can work well though. You can find more about the playable races in my ESO Race Guide!
Vampire or Werewolf
Neither is necessary.
Companion for Magicka Templar Solo Build
You can also bring along a mighty Companion in your Solo adventures as a Magicka Templar Build! Companions in ESO are helpful allies that can assist you in combat. Every Companion can fulfill every role in the game and help you enjoy ESO more by clearing content faster or by simply interacting with them and their charming personality! There are various Builds you can use for every available ESO Companion!
