Season of the Dragon Event Guide

The Season of the Dragon Celebration Event will take us back to Elsweyr, to hunt Dragons and earn new, cool rewards! The Event begins on January 26 at 10:00 AM EST and will run until February 7 at 10:00 AM EST! While it is live, players can earn extra rewards from activities in the two zones of Northern Elsweyr and Southern Elsweyr, as well as inside the Frostvault, Depths of Malatar, Moongrave Fane, Lair of Maarselok Dungeons! The Elsweyr, Dragonhold, Wrathstone and Scalebreaker DLC are necessary to access the appropriate zones and Dungeons!

How to Participate

In order to participate, you can accept the Event Quest: Bane of Dragons from the Crown Store for free! Completing this introductory quest will refresh your memories of the zone and the related story line! Alternatively you can jump right into the appropriate zones and start earning the Event’s rewards!

Season of the Dragon Event Rewards

When you complete the first Daily Quest(or Sunspire Weekly Quest) every day, you earn a Glorious Elsweyr Reward Box! The Box can contain various rewards, such as:

  • Guaranteed saleable Treasure
  • Guaranteed Overland Set item from Northern or Southern Elsweyr
  • Chance for Elsweyr themed Crafting Motif & Materials
  • Chance for transmutation Crystals, Dragon reagents, Elsweyr Treasure map, Dragon recipe, the NEW Claw-Dance Acolyte armor style page

You can also earn regular Elsweyr Reward boxes by completing various activities, like:

  • Completing the Introductory Event Quest
  • Completing more Daily Quests in the two zones
  • Killing Dragons and Overworld Bosses
  • Killing Dungeon Bosses
  • Opening containers(chests, psijic portals, thieves troves, crates etc)
  • Harvesting resource nodes

The above activities will reward you with regular boxes but only in the Event related zones and Dungeons. The regular boxes can contain the same rewards as the Glorious Box but the chance to get rarer, better rewards is lower!

Season of the Dragon Daily Quests

To earn the Event’s rewards reliably, you will have to complete Daily Quests in the zones of Northern Elsweyr and Southern Elsweyr! There are a few repeatable quests available in both zones!

Northern Elsweyr Daily Quests

There are four repeatable quests in the Northern Elsweyr zone. Three Daily Quests in the Capital Rimmen and one Weekly Quest in the Sunspire Trial.

You can find Ri’hirr, Nisuzi and Batlereeve Tanerline in Rimmen, South of the wayshrine and accept their Daily Quests immediately! They will ask you to kill Overworld Bosses, Dragons and complete Delve objectives.

Rimmen Quests

You can also accept a Weekly Quest in the Sunspire Trial. To accept the quest, visit the Trial and talk to Moon-Bishop Azin-jo to accept the quest. This quest requires a full group that is able to complete the Trial, in order to complete it. You can find more info for these quests by reading this Northern Elsweyr Daily Quests Guide!

Southern Elsweyr Daily Quests

There are also four repeatable Quests(all Daily quests) in the Southern Elsweyr zone! Two in the capital Senchal and two in the Tideholm Island.

You can find Guybert Flaubert and Bruccius Baenius in Senchal, South of the wayshrine and accept their Daily quests to deal with Delves and Overworld Bosses in the zone. You can accept these two quests immediately upon entering the zone.

Senchal Quests

There are two more Daily Quests you can accept in Southern Elsweyr, in the Tideholm island. Dirge Truptor will ask you to retrieve treasures related to the Dragonguard Sanctum from all over Tamriel while Chizbari the Chipper on the other hand offers Dragon Hunts quests, asking you to kill Dragons.

You cannot accept these two quests immediately though. You will have to Unlock the Dragonguard Sanctum by completing the zone’s first two main quests. After you complete “The Dragon’s Lair” and “Reformation” quests, Dirge Truptor and Chizbari the Chipper, the two Daily Quests NPC givers, will become available. Tideholm Quests

Season of the Dragon Event Tickets & Impresario

During the Event you can earn two Event Tickets every day! One from completing your first Daily Quest in Northern Elsweyr and one from completing your first Daily Quest in Southern Elsweyr! You can use those to buy from the Impresario:

  • All three Passion Dancer Blossom Pet Fragments
  • The first fragment for the Passion Muse Personality
  • Group Repair Kits
  • Companion Guild Commendations
  • Claw-Dance Acolyte Armor Pack Style Pages(Bound)

Indrik Vendor during the Season of the Dragon Event

Finally the Indrik Vendor will have available for purchase:

  • Feathers for the Nascent Indrik Mount
  • Berries for the Dawnwood Indrik Mount
  • Berries for the Spectral Indrik mount
  • Springtide Indrik Pet
  • Haunting Indrik Pet
