Welcome to my Stamina Necromancer Build for PVE Gameplay in ESO! Harbinger is a Powerful Stamcro Build for Solo and Group PVE Gameplay in ESO! The Build relies on its strong minions to deal damage and survive but also has access to Disease attacks. The Build offers various setups, depending on the difficulty of the content you wish to clear!

The idea behind Harbinger is to use your Undead minions to deal damage but also as a source of corpses for you to exploit. Many Necromancer skills use corpses as fuel to boost your DPS and create specific effects. A powerful Stamcro DPS Build for PVE in ESO with access to strong Minions and Disease based attacks. No Trial Gear

The No-Trial Gear setup is meant for easier Solo but also easier Group PVE Gameplay. You can wear this setup if you are planning to play Overland content(Public Dungeons, World Bosses) or clear normal Dungeons. This setup is not strong enough to survive Solo Arenas like the Maelstrom Arena, Vateshran Hollows and Infinite Archive. For this purpose you should use a dedicated Solo PVE Necromancer Build.

Skills for Stamina Necromancer PVE Build

The Build relies on Necromancer Class skills, minions and the Disease Status Effect to deal massive damage to enemies. To complement those abilities you can use strong Weapon skills as well. Harbinger deals strong direct but also Damage over Time! With the Colossus Ultimate you can debuff enemies and deal even more damage.

• Deadly Cloak(Blade Cloak): Strong DPS skill.
• Venom Skull(Flame Skull): Strong spammable.
• Barbed Trap(Trap Beast): Very good DOT damage and a boost to Critical Damage.
• Blighted Blastbones(Sacrificial Bones): Great source of damage for Necromancer.
• Detonating Siphon(Shocking Siphon): Use this skill to increase damage passively but also to deal additional disease damage by exploiting corpses.
• Flawless Dawnbreaker(Dawnbreaker): Placed here to boost Weapon Damage.
• Stampede(Critical Charge): Powerful AOE damage skill.
• Carve(Cleave): Great Bleed damage skill that applies a shield.
• Skeletal Archer(Skeletal Mage): Summon an undead minion to assist in combat that also creates a corpse on death.
• Spirit Guardian(Spirit Mender): Minion that heals and reduces incoming damage.
• Razor Caltrops(Caltrops): Deals damage and debuffs.
• Pestilent Colossus(Frozen Colossus): Main Ultimate.

Rotation

Drink a Potion, summon your Skeletal Archer, Spirit Guardian(when necessary), set your Barbed Trap and attack with Stampede, Carve x3, Razor Caltrops(mostly for solo). Switch bars and continue with Blighted Blastbones, Deadly Cloak, Venom Skull, Blighted Blastbones, Detonating Siphon, Venom Skull, Blighted Blastbones, Venom Skull x2, Blighted Blastbones, switch bars. Venom Skull is your spammable, use it when everything else is active. Use Blighted Blastbones after every two skills and re cast the other abilities when necessary. Use Pestilent Colossus when ready and always Light Attack before every skill and action to boost damage!

Bow Back-Bar

If you wish to play with Bow as your Back-Bar Weapon, just replace Stampede and Carve with Endless Hail(Volley) and Poison Injection(Poison Arrow).

Passive Skills for Stamina Necromancer Build ESO

Passive skills are always important for every character and can help you maximize the potential of your Stamina Necromancer Build. Try to unlock them as fast as possible, so you can become stronger and tackle harder content faster. These are the Passive Skills you should unlock for the Stamina Necromancer PVE Build.

Champion Points

Below you will find the best Champion Points setup for the Build. When allocating Champion points to Slottable and Passive Stars your primary goal is to create paths! Allocate the minimum required points to stars along your path in order to reach your desired Slottable Stars faster.

Warfare

• Slottable Stars: Deadly Aim, Master-at-Arms, Wrathful Strikes, Thaumaturge
• Passive: Tireless Discipline, Piercing, Battle Mastery, Mighty, Quick Recovery, Hardy, Elemental Aegis, Preparation, Precision, Blessed, Eldritch Insight

Craft

• Slottable Stars: Steed’s Blessing, Master Gatherer, Gifted Rider, War Mount
• Passive: Gilded Fingers, Fortune’s Favor, Wanderer, Steadfast Enchantment, Treasure Hunter(slottable, required for path), Rationer, Liquid Efficiency

Fitness

• Slottable Stars: Celerity, Fortified, Rejuvenation, Boundless Vitality

Artaeum Takeaway Broth is the Best Food for the Build while Essence of Weapon Power is the best option as Potions.

The Thief Mundus to boost Critical Chance.

Race

The Best Race for the Stamina Necromancer PVE Build in ESO is Dark Elf. Orc and Khajiit are nice alternative Races you can use for a DPS focused Build. Any Race with Stamina bonuses can work well though. You can find more about the playable races in my ESO Race Guide!

Vampire or Werewolf

Neither is necessary.

Companion for Stamina Necromancer PVE Build ESO

If you wish to play Solo with the Stamina Necromancer Build, you can bring along a mighty Companion! Companions in ESO are helpful allies that can assist you in combat. Every Companion can fulfill every role in the game and help you enjoy ESO more by clearing content faster or by simply interacting with them and their charming personality! There are various Builds you can use for every available ESO Companion!
