ESO Elementalist DPS Build
This powerful Elementalist DPS Build, combines Fire, Shock and Frost Damage in ESO, to help you clear the PVE content of your choice! The Build is utilizing the system of Subclassing in order to use skills from the Warden, Sorcerer and Dragonknight Classes. You can use it in group PVE or easier Solo gameplay.
Skills for Elementalist DPS Build ESO
You can use any of the three Classes as your main but Dragonknight makes more sense, since most of the skills belong to this Class. The Skill lines of the Build are:
- Ardent Flame
- Storm Calling
- Winter’s Embrace
- Molten Whip(Lava Whip)
- Endless Fury(Mages’ Fury)
- Burning Embers(Searing Strike)
- Barbed Trap(Trap Beast)
- Incinerate(Inferno). You can replace with Cauterize(Inferno) in Solo gameplay.
- Flawless Dawnbreaker(Dawnbreaker)
- Lightning Flood(Lightning Splash)
- Unstable Wall of Elements(Wall of Elements)
- Winter’s Revenge(Impaling Shards)
- Soul of Flame(Core of Flame)
- Arctic Blast(Arctic Wind). You can replace with Polar Wind for Solo Content.
- Shifting Standard(Dragonknight Standard)
Rotation for Elementalist DPS Build
Set your Barbed Trap, attack with Lightning Flood, Unstable Wall of Elements, Winter’s Revenge, Soul of Flame, Arctic Blast and switch bars. Continue with Burning Embers, Incinerate, Molten Whip as your spammable. Keep attacking with Molten Whip and re cast the other skills when necessary. When the enemy’s Health drops to 20% start using Endless Fury as your spammable. Use your Ultimates when ready and Light Attack before every skill to boost your damage!
Passive Skills for Elementalist Build
Passive skills are always important for every character and can help you maximize the potential of your Elementalist DPS Build. Try to unlock them as fast as possible, so you can become stronger and tackle harder content faster. These are the Passive Skills you should unlock for the Build.

Champion Points
Below you will find the best Champion Points setup for the Build. When allocating Champion points to Slottable and Passive Stars your primary goal is to create paths! Allocate the minimum required points to stars along your path in order to reach your desired Slottable Stars faster.
Once you have unlocked all Stars, start allocating more Champion Points to them to fill them out. Focus on Slottable Stars first, then Passive Stars. If you would like to learn more about Champion Points and how they work, you can read my ESO Champion Points Guide.

Clockwork Citrus Filet is the Best Food for the Build while Essence of Spell Power is the best option as Potions.

The Best Race for the Elementalist Subclassing DPS Build in ESO is High Elf. Dark Elf, Khajiit and Breton are nice alternative Races you can use for a DPS focused Build. Any Race with Magicka bonuses can work well though. You can find more about the playable races in my ESO Race Guide!
Vampire or Werewolf
Neither is necessary.
