How to Unlock Isobel Veloise Companion in ESO
Isobel is one of the two available Companions you can unlock in the High Isle zone, along with Ember. In order to unlock her you must first gain access to the zone by owning the High Isle DLC. When you get access to the zone, travel to the Castle Navire point of interest, West of Gonfalon Bay to find Isobel. To unlock her as a Companion you need to complete her introductory Quest “Tournament of the Heart“.
