ESO Magicka Sorcerer No Pet DPS Build

Welcome to my Magicka Sorcerer No Pet DPS Build for any type of PVE Gameplay in ESO. Stormborn is a Subclassing Build that is not using any Pets to deal damage or assist you in combat. Magicka Sorcerer DPS No Pet Build Setup

Stormborn is a flexible Magicka Sorcerer Build that will help you clear Group and easier Solo content! Whorl of the Depths and Aegis Caller are the core Sets of the Build. Two powerful AOE Armor Sets that will boost your damage. To complement them, add one piece of Slimecraw Monster Set and the amazing Harpooner’s Wading Kilt Mythic Set. To complete the setup use Crushing Wall on your back bar to further boost damage. For a No Trial and more casual setup, you can wear a combination of Order’s Wrath, Monolith of Storms, Storm-Cursed’s Revenge and Pillar of Nirn Sets!

Skills for Sorcerer – Nightblade Setup

This Subclassing setup is using the following Skill lines:

To maximize your potential you can also utilize a few Scribing abilities:

• Shocking Soul: Shock Damage+Lingering Torment+Breach.
• Shocking Burst: Shock Damage+Lingering Torment+Breach.
• Shocking Explosion: Shock Damage+Lingering Torment+Brittle

• Crystal Fragments(Crystal Shard): A skill with insane burst damage that also helps with sustain.
• Impale(Assassin’s Blade): Execute ability. Start using this skill once the enemy’s health drops below 25%.
• Relentless Focus(Grim Focus): Turns into a deadly Spectral Arrow after five light/heavy attacks that also heals.
• Barbed Trap(Trap Beast): Additional DOT damage that also boosts Critical Damage.
• Shocking Soul: Shock Damage+Lingering Torment+Breach.
• Flawless Dawnbreaker(Dawnbreaker): It buffs weapon damage and deals great direct and DOT damage.
• Lightning Flood(Lightning Splash): Good AOE Shock damage based skill.
• Unstable Wall of Elements(Wall of Elements): Great AOE damage.
• Boundless Storm(Lightning Form): Deals Shock Damage.
• Critical Surge(Surge): Strong passive heal.
• Dark Conversion(Dark Exchange): Use it to restore magicka when low but also as a heal ability.
• Incapacitating Strike(Death Stroke): Primary Ultimate.

Rotation

Set your Barbed Trap, activate Critical Surge, Boundless Storm, attack with Lightning Flood, Unstable Wall of Elements and switch bars. Fire Spectral Arrow if it is ready(always fire it when it is ready). Continue with Shocking Soul and Crystal Fragments as your spammable. Keep attacking with Crystal Fragments and re cast the other skills when necessary. When the enemy is below 25%-30% start using Impale as your spammable. Use your Ultimate when ready and always Light Attack before every skill to boost damage. You can use Dark Conversion to restore Health and Magicka when in need.

Champion Points for Magicka Sorcerer No Pet DPS Build ESO

Below you will find the best Champion Points setup for the Build. When allocating Champion points to Slottable and Passive Stars your primary goal is to create paths! Allocate the minimum required points to stars along your path in order to reach your desired Slottable Stars faster. Once you have unlocked all Stars, start allocating more Champion Points to them to fill them out. Focus on Slottable Stars first, then Passive Stars. Warfare

Craft

• Slottable Stars: Steed’s Blessing, Master Gatherer, Gifted Rider, War Mount

Clockwork Citrus Filet is the Best Food for the Build while Essence of Spell Power is the best option as Potions.

Race

The Best Race for the Magicka Sorcerer No Pet Subclassing DPS Build in ESO is High Elf. Dark Elf, Khajiit and Breton are nice alternative Races you can use for a DPS focused Build. Any Race with Magicka bonuses can work well though. You can find more about the playable races in my ESO Race Guide!

Vampire or Werewolf

Neither is necessary.

Best Companion

If you wish to play Solo, you can bring along a mighty Companion! Companions in ESO are helpful allies that can assist you in combat. Every Companion can fulfill every role in the game and help you enjoy ESO more by clearing content faster or by simply interacting with them and their charming personality!
