Throne and Liberty Full Weapon Traits Early

Welcome to my Full Traits Guide for your Weapon in Throne and Liberty! The Guide will show you how to get full Traits for your favorite Weapon early in the game, fast and reliably. To achieve that and become more effective you will need the help of the Special Crafter, Arless!

Who is the Special Crafter Arless in Throne and Liberty?

Getting a +9 Epic(purple) Weapon with full Traits is your first priority in Throne and Liberty! But that is not going to happen early or fast. So the best way to become effective in combat as soon as possible is by having a +9 Rare(Blue) Weapon with all its Traits unlocked! The easiest way to achieve this is with the help of the Special Crafter Arless!

Arless is a wandering Crafter in Throne and Liberty(one of many) that you can find walking the road between Golden Rye Pastures and Vienta Village. Arless offers a variety of Rare Weapons that deal more damage to Undead enemies. To craft those weapons you will need materials and their Lithograph. However you can use ten(10) Death Soul Shards as an alternative to the Lithograph, which makes the process easier!

Where can I Get Death Soul Shard in Throne and Liberty?

Death Soul Shard is a special material that drops from enemies inside the first two Floors of the Syleus’s Abyss Open World Dungeon! The Dungeon unlocks for players of Level 20 and above. All enemies in the first two floors have a chance to drop the Shards, which makes this a reliable way of farming Traits for your Weapons! Killing enemies inside the Abyss might be harder when you are low level, so it might be easier to group with friends and guild members to farm the Shards. Syleus’s Abyss(like all Open World Dungeons) turns into a free for all PVP area when it is Night in-game!

Killing enemies inside the Dungeon is also one of the best ways to earn Sollant in Throne and Liberty. Additionally this is a great way to get materials that will help you upgrade your gear and level up your skills. If you are lucky you might even find a Treasure Goblin that will offer some extra loot! Once you have enough Death Soul Shards return to Arless and craft your weapon of choice multiple times.

How to Unlock Traits in Throne and Liberty

By checking the Trait List of every weapon, you can see which Traits they can have and what other weapons offer the same Traits. If you are lucky to get the Traits you are after when crafting with Arless, you can add them to your weapon. To unlock a new Trait on your weapon, you need the same weapon with the Trait you are after. This is why crafting the same Blue Weapon multiple times is the best way to unlock all Traits.

From the Equipment Enchanting Tab go to Trait, pick the locked slot and add an identical weapon with the Trait you want. This will add the Trait to your weapon. Keep crafting weapons with Arless to unlock and upgrade all Traits for your Weapon in order to become more effective faster.

Farming in Syleus’s Abyss also rewards you with Uncommon(Green) Weapons. You can use those to upgrade Traits you have already unlocked! The Success Chance is only 10% but is cheaper to try and also grants you Blessing if you fail. Blessing is a mechanic that you can add in your next attempt to increase your chances of success. The more Blessing you have, the better your Chances to upgrade a Trait with a lower quality Weapon! The above method will help you get stronger gear for PVP or PVE Gameplay faster in Throne and Liberty and become a lot more effective sooner!
