Warden Hybrid PVE
Winter Warrior is a Stamina Based Warden Hybrid DPS PVE Build, that is using both Stamina and Magicka skills. The Build combines the melee attacks and strong Frost DPS of the Warden Class, to provide a fun and effective gameplay! Below you can find different setups depending on the type of content you wish to complete, the difficulty and the gear you wish to wear!

Warden Hybrid PVE Build Setup
The Build offers different setups, depending on the difficulty of the content you wish to complete but also the gear you wish to wear! Below you can find setups for Trials Group DPS, a No Trial Gear Setup and a Beginner Setup(c160).
Trials Group DPS
This setup is for dedicated group gameplay, is using Trial gear and it aims to achieve the best damage possible. You can also use Berserking Warrior, Kinras’s Wrath or (Perfected)Coral Riptide as alternative sets.

No-Trial Gear
No-Trial Gear setup for easier solo/group gameplay that can complete almost every PVE content. This setup is perfect if you do not wish to farm Trials for specific Armor Sets.

Beginner Setup
There are various sets you can use as a beginner. Armor Sets that can help you understand the play-style while boosting your Stamina and Magicka offensive capabilities. Some of these sets are:
Stormfist, Selene, Ilambris as full Monster Sets. A combination of Hunding’s Rage, Law of Julianos, Night mother’s Gaze, Morkuldin or Armor of the Seducer can work well.

- Deadly Cloak(Blade Cloak): Strong AOE damage skill.
- Rapid Strikes(Flurry): Spammable.
- Subterranean Assault(Scorch): Our strongest skill. Deals great AOE damage.
- Barbed Trap(Trap Beast): Very good DOT damage and a boost to our Critical Damage.
- Bird of Prey(Falcon’s Swiftness): We have this skill on our bar only for the passive boost to our damage. No need to use it. When playing solo replace Bird of Prey on your front bar with Razor Caltrops(Caltrops) and on the back bar with Lotus Blossom(Lotus Flower) for heals.
- Wild Guardian(Feral Guardian): Our only and very strong Ultimate. Is constantly damaging enemies and can work as an execute ability.
- Winter’s Revenge(Impaling Shards): Strong Frost damage AOE-DOT skill.
- Unstable Wall of Elements(Wall of Elements): Strong AOE skill.
- Blue Betty(Betty Netch): Increases Weapon/Spell damage and restores Magicka.
- Fetcher Infection(Swarm): DoT skill that debuffs enemies.

We are using Artaeum Takeaway Broth or Orzorga’s Smoked Bear Haunch as Food and Essence of Weapon Power/Crit. as Potions.

What Race is Best for Warden Hybrid PVE Build
Dark Elf – Orc – Khajiit is the best race for a DPS focused Build. Any Race with Stamina bonuses can work well though. You can find more about the playable races in my ESO Race Guide!
Vampire or Werewolf
Neither is necessary.
Rotation for Warden Hybrid PVE Build
Buff yourself with Blue Betty, Lotus Blossom(when solo), drink a potion, set your Barbed Trap, attack with Winter’s Revenge, Unstable Wall of Elements, Fetcher Infection and switch bars.
Attack with Subterranean Assault, Razor Caltrops(solo), Deadly Cloak, Rapid Strikes x5-6, Subterranean Assault, Barbed Trap(if necessary) switch bars. Continue with Winter’s Revenge, Unstable Wall of Elements, Blue Betty, Fetcher Infection, Lotus Blossom(solo, when necessary) switch bars and continue.
Use your Ultimate when ready and always Light Attack before every skill/action!
