• Endless Fury(Mages’ Fury): Strong execute ability.
• Blighted Blastbones(Sacrificial Bones): Great source of damage.

• Elemental Susceptibility(Weakness to Elements): Powerful Debuff.
• Glacial Colossus(Frozen Colossus): Offensive Ultimate.

Rotation

Buff yourself with Summoner’s Armor, Critical Surge and apply Elemental Susceptibility. Attack with Blighted Blastbones, Crushing Shock and finish low health targets with Endless Fury. Use Warding Contingency to get a shield and Radiating Regeneration to heal. Agony Totem can fear enemies, boost your defense and provide your group with a synergy. Escape and reset fights with Streak. Glacial Colossus is your offensive Ultimate and Light’s Champion your defensive Ultimate.

Champion Points for Magicka Necromancer PVP Build ESO

Below you will find the best Champion Points setup for the Build. Champion Points are disabled in Battlegrounds but will affect your Build in the CP enabled Cyrodiil or Imperial City zones. When allocating Champion points to Slottable and Passive Stars your primary goal is to create paths! Allocate the minimum required points to stars along your path in order to reach your desired Slottable Stars faster. Once you have unlocked all Stars, start allocating more Champion Points to them to fill them out. Focus on Slottable Stars first, then Passive Stars. Race

The Best Race for the Magicka Necromancer PVP Build in ESO is High Elf. Dark Elf, Breton, Khajiit and Argonian are decent alternatives. Any Race with Magicka bonuses can work well though. You can find more about the playable races in my ESO Race Guide!

Vampire or Werewolf

Neither is necessary.
