The Best Race for the Magicka Sorcerer Solo Build in ESO is Nord or High Elf. Nord is great for a defensive setup since it provides a boost to Health, Armor, Stamina, Frost Resistance and Ultimate Generation. High Elf is good for a more offensive approach with a boost to Damage and Max Magicka. Dark Elf, Khajiit and Breton are nice alternative Races you can use for a Solo focused Build.
