ESO Hybrid Necromancer DPS PVE Build – Hela

Hybrid Necromancer DPS

Hela is a Magicka based Hybrid Necromancer DPS PVE Build for ESO! The Build is using strong melee attacks, Elemental Damage and Minions to defeat enemies and clear almost every content in The Elder Scrolls Online! Below you can find different setups depending on the type of content you wish to complete, the difficulty and the gear you wish to wear!

Hela relies a lot on its minions to deal damage and heal, combined with Weapon abilities and other utility spells!
