Welcome to my Magicka Necromancer Hybrid Build for PVE Gameplay in ESO! Hela is a Hybrid Build that is using strong melee attacks, Elemental Damage and Minions to defeat enemies and clear almost every content in The Elder Scrolls Online! Below you can find different setups depending on the type of content you wish to complete, the difficulty and the gear you wish to wear! Hela relies a lot on its minions to deal damage and heal, but also to Weapon abilities and other utility spells! This is a Pure Class Build. Magicka Necromancer Hybrid Build Setup
The Build offers different setups, depending on the difficulty of the content you wish to complete but also the gear you wish to wear!
Trials Group DPS
This setup is for dedicated group gameplay, is using Trial gear and it aims to achieve the best damage possible.

No Trial Gear
The No-Trial Gear setup is meant for easier Solo but also easier Group PVE Gameplay. You can wear this setup if you are planning to play Overland content(Public Dungeons, World Bosses) or clear normal Dungeons. This setup is not strong enough to survive Solo Arenas like the Maelstrom Arena, Vateshran Hollows and Infinite Archive. For this purpose you should use a dedicated Solo PVE Necromancer Build.

Skills for Magicka Necromancer Hybrid DPS Build
The Build relies a lot on its minions to deal damage but also heal and protect you from attacks. Blastbones is the core offensive skill of the Build that you have to use every third cast for the best results. With weapon abilities you can add more damage and pressure to your targets.
- Deadly Cloak(Blade Cloak): Strong DPS Skill.
- Ricochet Skull(Flame Skull): Main skill and spammable.
- Barbed Trap(Trap Beast): Additional DOT damage that also boosts Critical Damage.
- Blighted Blastbones(Sacrificial Bones): Great source of damage for Necromancer.
- Mystic Siphon(Shocking Siphon): Deals good shock damage but also restores Magicka.
- Flawless Dawnbreaker(Dawnbreaker): Placed here to boost Damage.
- Stampede(Critical Charge): Powerful AOE damage skill.
- Carve(Cleave): Great Bleed damage skill that applies a shield.
- Skeletal Arcanist(Skeletal Mage): Assists with shock attacks.
- Spirit Guardian(Spirit Mender): Healing ability that also boosts defense.
- Spell Symmetry(Equilibrium): Restores Magicka at the cost of Health.
- Glacial Colossus(Frozen Colossus): Strong Ultimate.
Rotation
Drink a potion, set your Barbed Trap, summon Spirit Guardian, attack with Stampede, Carve x3, Skeletal Arcanist and switch bars. Continue with Blighted Blastbones, Deadly Cloak, Ricochet Skull, Blighted Blastbones, Mystic Siphon, Ricochet Skull, Blighted Blastbones, Ricochet Skull x2, Blighted Blastbones, Ricochet Skull x2, Blighted Blastbones, switch bars. Use Blighted Blastbones after every two skills for the best results and Glacial Colossus when ready. Re cast your abilities when necessary and always Light Attack before every skill or action to boost damage.
Passive Skills for Magicka Necromancer Build ESO
Passive skills are always important for every character and can help you maximize the potential of your Magicka Necromancer Build. Try to unlock them as fast as possible, so you can become stronger and tackle harder content faster. These are the Passive Skills you should unlock for the Magicka Necromancer PVE Build.

Champion Points
Below you will find the best Champion Points setup for the Build. When allocating Champion points to Slottable and Passive Stars your primary goal is to create paths! Allocate the minimum required points to stars along your path in order to reach your desired Slottable Stars faster.
Once you have unlocked all Stars, start allocating more Champion Points to them to fill them out. Focus on Slottable Stars first, then Passive Stars. If you would like to learn more about Champion Points and how they work, you can read my ESO Champion Points Guide.
Warfare

- Passive: Tireless Discipline, Flawless Ritual, War Mage, Piercing, Battle Mastery, Mighty, Quick Recovery, Hardy, Elemental Aegis, Preparation, Precision, Blessed, Eldritch Insight
Craft
- Slottable Stars: Steed’s Blessing, Master Gatherer, Gifted Rider, War Mount
- Passive: Gilded Fingers, Fortune’s Favor, Wanderer, Steadfast Enchantment, Treasure Hunter(slottable, required for path), Rationer, Liquid Efficiency
Fitness
- Slottable Stars: Celerity, Rejuvenation, Boundless Vitality, Fortified
- Passive: Sprinter, Hasty, Tireless Guardian, Hero’s Vigor, Mystic Tenacity, Tumbling, Defiance
Food and Potions for Magcro Hybrid Build
Clockwork Citrus Filet or Orzorga’s Smoked Bear Haunch is the Best Food for the Build while Essence of Spell Power is the best option as Potions.

The Thief Mundus to boost Critical Chance.
Race
The Best Race for the Magicka Necromancer Hybrid Build in ESO is High Elf. Dark Elf, Khajiit and Breton are nice alternative Races you can use for a DPS focused Build. Any Race with Magicka bonuses can work well though. You can find more about the playable races in my ESO Race Guide!
Vampire or Werewolf
Neither is necessary.

If you wish to play Solo with the Magicka Necromancer Build, you can bring along a mighty Companion! Companions in ESO are helpful allies that can assist you in combat. Every Companion can fulfill every role in the game and help you enjoy ESO more by clearing content faster or by simply interacting with them and their charming personality!
