Aegis Caller

This is why most PVP Builds in ESO use only five pieces to get its first Penetration Boost. A Crafted Set with stations in the Apocrypha zone. The Necrom DLC is necessary to enter the zone.

Rallying Cry

Rallying Cry is a PVP oriented Light Armor Set that offers a boost to your Damage and Critical Resistance when Battle Spirit is active and you critically heal yourself or an ally! A Stamina Sustain Armor Set basically that is focusing on giving more Stamina and better Stamina Recovery. Bone Pirate’s Tatters is a decent Starter PVP set that helps with stamina sustain. You can farm it inside the Blackheart Haven Dungeon.

Scavenging Demise

Scavenging Demise is a decent Poison Damage and Status Effect based PVP set, suitable for DoT builds. You can farm its pieces inside the Depths of Malatar Dungeon(Wrathstone DLC).

Stormfist is a great DPS Monster Set for PVE mostly content. It provides Stamina recovery and procs reliably from melee and ranged attacks. Perfect for every type of Stamina DPS. The Head drops in Veteran Tempest Island Dungeon and you can get the Shoulders piece from Glirion the Redbeard.

Selene

Selene is one of the best Stamina DPS option for melee Stamina DPS builds. It requires melee damage to proc so you have to be close to your target to take advantage of this Monster Set. Mostly useful in PVE but can work well in PVP too. The Head drops in Veteran Selene’s Web Dungeon and you can get the Shoulders piece from Glirion the Redbeard.

Velidreth

Velidreth is another good Stamina DPS Monster Set. It boosts Weapon Damage and deals Disease Damage with its special effect. It does not require Melee attacks to proc which makes it a great option for Builds that rely on ranged attacks as well. The Head drops in Veteran Cradle of Shadows Dungeon and you can get the Shoulders piece from Urgarlag Chief Bane. The Shadows of the Hist DLC is necessary to complete the set.

Slimecraw

Slimecraw is one of the best options to boost Critical Chance and get the Minor Berserk buff permanently. Great option for PVE, decent for PVP as well. Usually combined as a 1-Piece Set with the Harpooner’s Wading Kilt Mythic Item in DPS Builds. The Head drops in Veteran Wayrest Sewers 1 Dungeon and you can get the Shoulders piece from Maj Al-Ragath.

Balorgh

Balorgh boosts Weapon and Spell Damage, as well as Physical and Spell Penetration significantly when using an Ultimate. A PVP mostly Monster Set that works well with Gank Builds.
